Submission Guidelines for Writers/Authors

Topaix.com is a free content article directory for reprint. This means that any webmaster, publisher, or editor may re-print your article(s) subject to the basic terms and conditions outlined on this site.

By submitting your Articles to Topaix.com website, you agree to following:

1. You grant us unconditional right to publish your articles on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our Ezine, RSS feed, and to our real-time email alerts members.

2. Submission of an article does not guarantee that it will be included in the Topaix.com directory. We always reserve all rights to reject / remove your article(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.

3. You grant others the right to publish your articles. Other Article website users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content. It is your responsibility to check that your articles are displayed correctly once submitted.

4. Before submitting an article, please search the Topaix.com database by author name or article title to ensure your articles have not already been added by someone else.

5. You acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your article.

6. We strongly recommend that you do not submit articles that are not your own unless the author has given you permission to do so. Article submissions that are plagiarized or in violation of another author's copyright will be removed.

7. We reserve the right to re-classify your article in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.

8. Submissions that are commercial or advertorial in content will be removed from the Topaix.com database. Topaix.com is a free-content directory not a forum for advertising commercial products, services or programs.

9. Submissions that are less than 100 words will be removed from the Topaix.com database. Longer articles may also be removed if they contain no useful content or are submitted for the sole purpose of obtaining backlinks or promoting a product or service. Topaix.com reserves the right to remove the links from the body of the article(s).

10. Submissions that consist of a few lines of text with a link pointing to another site where the article supposedly resides will be removed.

11. Affiliate links are not permitted. We reject articles with direct affiliate links.

12. Articles with any spelling or grammar errors will be deleted. It is your job to ensure you only submit professional content, please check your articles before submission.

13. If your article does not conform to the Topaix editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your article so that it does conform to the posted editorial guidelines. Please read our editorial guidelines before submitting your articles.

14. Topaix.com is advertiser supported articles’ directory. We reserve the right to publish advertisements on the same pages as your articles.

15. Use the resource box for linking back to your site. Articles submitted will not be approved if they contain links in the body belonging to the author. Please use the resource box to link back to your site. Please limit resource box links to 3 or fewer. Articles containing more than 3 links in the resource box will not be approved.
